PostHeaderIcon Vega launcher production contracts signed by ESA, Arianespace and ELV

As Vega’s development is coming to an end with the qualification flight scheduled in 2011, two contracts were signed to allow the project to move on to the next phase.

PostHeaderIcon NASA Scientists Talk About Asteroids Passing Near Earth Wednesday

Two asteroids will pass within the moon’s distance from Earth on Wednesday, Sept. 8. NASA scientists will be available for satellite interviews Tuesday, Sept. 7, and Wednesday morning to discuss these near- Earth objects.
